Booking and Advance Payment
A small advance confirms your appointment date and time, and is adjusted against the final amount. Until the advance is received, a slot is held but not reserved.
Rescheduling and Cancellation
You may reschedule at no charge with at least forty eight hours of notice. Cancellation with less notice than that means the advance is retained, because the slot can rarely be filled at short notice. If the studio has to reschedule for any reason, your advance is fully refunded or moved to a new date, whichever you prefer.
Prices and Additions
The quote given before your booking covers everything discussed. If you decide on the day to add something, the cost is told to you first and it is added only if you agree.
Skin Sensitivities
Please tell us about any allergy, skin condition or product sensitivity when you book so products can be adjusted and a patch test arranged. Professional, skin safe products are used and equipment is sanitised between clients, but a reaction cannot be ruled out where a sensitivity has not been disclosed.
Studio Items
Wigs, outfits, jewellery and accessories from the studio collection are for use during your session and remain studio property. Reasonable wear is expected and never charged for. Damage beyond that may be charged at replacement cost.
Conduct
This studio is a safe and respectful space, and that runs in both directions. Any behaviour that makes the space unsafe ends the appointment immediately without refund. This has almost never been needed, and it is stated here so that it never is.
